Frequently Asked Questions

Where should I park?  We have ample on site parking.

Are you handicapped accessible?  Yes, we have several handicapped parking spaces located at both sides of the parking lot.   All of our buildings and grounds are wheelchair accessible.

Where is the main entrance to the church?  Our main entrance and lobby is at the front of the building, facing Tyler Road.  In the lobby we have people who greet all who enter with a welcome and a bulletin with the order of worship, the words of the praise songs, the church calendar, and other helpful information.

Do you have a nursery?  Yes, we have a well staffed and clean nursery for children up to age three.  It is located at the south end of our fellowship hall in the education wing and any of our greeters would love to show you the way.  We also have a children's church for older children: if you would like, your children up to age eight may be dismissed after our Children's message to follow our children's church ministry team to a special service where they will learn about our Great and Loving God and how we can worship Him in spirit and in truth.

What kind of music do you sing in worship?  We sing the best of both old (even ancient!) and new worship music.  In every service we have both traditional hymns accompanied by a organ/piano/clavinova and contemporary praise songs accompanied by a praise band or clavinova.

Should I bring my Bible?  Some of us bring our Bibles to church.  We also have Bibles for you to use that are located in the racks attached to the pews in the sanctuary.

Do people dress formally?  Yes and no.  On any given Sunday, there will be a wide variety of dress 'codes' present.  There will be everything from suits to jeans and wingtips to sandals.
